Question about trade proficiency/commodity cards/etc

I've got a question in regards to trade proficiency and commodity cards, but it involves my character backstory so I'd rather not post it on the boards. Is there someone in particular I should ask, or just go ahead and post it here? I mean, it's not like it involves any kind of big secret, but still.

If it's just a rules question about trades / commodities, any rules marshal can answer your question.  I think you might know a guy named Vince who's a RM, so that would probably be a good place to start =P

In all fairness, she may not want Vince to know, or to rely on him.  (I usually avoid rulings Diane asks about to be fair, and make sure there's no conflict of interest.)

I got a semi-ruling on this off the boards, and it looks like for a definitive answer we're going to have to run it past James. Thanks everyone who chimed in.

And yeah, I try to avoid asking Vince about anything that could be considered a gray area, as his opinions on certain topics may on occasion be widely divergent from the general consensus. But man, when it comes to just straight "how does this rule/skill/etc work"? having a marshal on-call is awesome :-P
