We know there are a lot of new players attending this event so we wanted to give some information separate from the main announcements so it didn’t get lost. You will notice repeats in the Facebook and Discord announcements tomorrow, so no worries there!
Spread the word!

First thing: It’s going to be cold this weekend! Especially if you have not LARPed before, please bring extra layers! Hats/gloves encouraged. We are more worried about you staying safe than looking super ‘in-period’ There will be a limited amount of warmers in logistics :)
All new attending individuals will need to provide proof of full Vaccination (2 weeks post full dosage) at check in. For verification purposes we will need to see your physical Vaccination card or a high quality copy of each side of your Vaccination card. We will not be accepting photos for verification purposes. A discreet record will be kept for future events so you only need to bring your card or a copy of your card once. Waivers have been adjusted to accommodate vaccinated players who may meet the criteria of a being barred. In this case, a vaccinated player that provides an official negative COVID diagnosis for a test administered within 48 hours of event start may attend.

We will be continuing the Soft Lay-On system this month. After you have completed Check-In, you may RP with others and train skills, but no PvP/Combat is permitted until after the Hard Lay-On is called. A hard Lay-ON will be with gathered announcements will be done after the player training.
This will be happening around 10 PM. Please make your way to the Dragon’s Claw Inn before then!
The clean up hold will be called at 2PM on Sunday for this event. Please clean up your personal spaces and get a clean up assignment. If you need to leave early, please find an Officer for an assignment. This needs to be signed off! (If you miss the introduction of the officers, you can at least find me!)
There are several areas that still have 1-2 sleeping spaces available if you have not yet registered for a space. (Also, just a good reminder for everyone that it is not the easiest to put groups together, especially more than 3-5 folks at a time.) If you have not filled out this form, even if you are bringing your own sleeping space like a tent or only staying a day please do! It helps us account for overall attendance at the event! https://tinyurl.com/2n4hyvbn
New Player Training
At 7PM New Player Training will be held at the Barn. Afterwards there will be a small walk around the camp to introduce new players to the general layout of camp. There will be a makeup training at 8:30PM. (At 9PM there will be a combat and RP during combat workshop held by the inn by the atmosphere team!) There will be a printout with a handful of guidelines that will be distributed at check-in and training available. 10AM-2PM Saturday Morning is when the Bounty Board is running again. There's a lot of New Player gauged content here that tie into current and future plots. Also, if you're ever feeling like you need something to do, you may always check in logistics or with one of the Community Managers (we'll be at Opening Announcements to introduce ourselves) to get some help!
There is no feast being done this month. To accommodate time for everybody to take a break for food, for those who do not know, 6PM-8PM is usually the ‘downtime’ for Feast and this is when you should plan to eat uninterrupted Saturday night!
If it is your first time bringing a new weapon to Knight Realms, please get it checked by a Logistics Marshal or Rules Marshal. If you are unsure of who those are, please ask check-in and they can direct you to somebody for approval. As always, any questions, send us a message or send an E-Mail to Staff@knightrealms.com Have a good one and hope to see you soon! 😃
