    Confirmed Blight presence in Ostcliff

    in The Dragon's Claw Board

    To all Travancians,

I have been able to confirm the presence of blight in Ostcliff. A number of days ago I was in Ostcliff investigating some of the recent disappearances, and discovered that there was a place in the woods east of Valenro that the animals were avoiding. They said it felt wrong, and that the animals that lived there were becoming strange and warped. I immediately traveled to Valenro, and began making my way east. There is definitive blight presence there, which only becomes heavier and thicker the further west into those woods one goes. I didn't venture all the way towards the source of the blight as I was by myself and didn't want to run the risk of encountering the skinwalkers by myself, but there's definitely something very bad in that area, and it needs to be destroyed.

Gods damn it. These asswaffles again.

Did you encounter any blighted creatures, or was the land itself just tainted?

No blight creatures specifically, though plenty of naturally occurring fauna that had been severely tainted. But the land has been heavily affected, and only gets worse the further east from Valenro you go.

I am wondering if the gnolls of Gollen Darr are looking to cause trouble again.
