To the Gentry and Subjects of Travance,
It is within our purview to honor and observe the local customs of communication upon "first hailing". Thus, I pen so public an announcement to you upon this communal notice board. At the behest of her Majesty of Londwyn's beneficent Venture Trade Company, I will be visiting your proper with the intention of striking up trade and discussing greater opportunities with what landed nobility have the time and inclination to attend to such offerings. If the timing of such things does not suit the schedule of the Lords, Ladies, and Chieftains will happily intreat with their appropriately vested agents. Additionally missives will be dispersed following this first hailing for any such gentry who could not attend.
I will visit your inn on the 19th of March at 1 AM. We had intended to meet at a less irregular time, but it has come to our attention that other foreign dignitaries have held a long standing appointment with Travance prior to that late hour. As such it is not our wish to meddle in any standing affairs. As such, We'll bring coffee.
Lord Merchant Aidric Harx,
Overseer of the Travancian Desk of Her Majesty's Beneficent Venture Trade Company
