Please fill out this form if you are planning to attend the June 2024 event - either the weekday, weekend, or BOTH portions! Please check the box indicating whether you need sleeping space for weekend, weekday, or  both!

The Weekday event begins on Wednesday, June 5 and ends Friday June 7. The Weekend event begins Friday June 7 and ends Sunday June 9.

This form will remain open until the evening of Saturday, June 1. It will close on June 2 and we will send out sleeping assignments on Monday, June 3.
