New Officer being added to the Officer team.

I am adding Steve Oros to the officer team. He has been doing the work of an officer for at least two years without the title and he has been working closely with the officers since then on my request. The official title will allow him to more easily see to players needs, assist the other two officers so that they have less stress on their plate and assist me more efficiently in getting my message out to the players. Because he is my personal assistant outside of Knight Realms, his constant access to me will help the officer team communicate with me quickly and get improvements out at a faster pace.
