Parking at Logistics
At this time, the only people authorized to park in the area behind or next to logistics are with direct permission from the Director, or the Officers, Safety Lead, Weekend Event Runner, and Exalted Team. Anyone else cannot leave their cars parked in that area.
Please do not park in front of the door/garage door to the area under the barn, or you will be parked in.
Safety Announcements
Weather as of now is looking nice with high of 81 and low of 55. Be sure to pack sunscreen and bug spray to protect yourself from nature.
Regarding the Change in June Dates
Below is the compensation we are offering to all players to help mitigate the interruption of gameplay that was caused by the sudden change in dates for the event. We will have a form go out for skill learning and the RwP will be added to all players.
All players are given 3 self teaches that may be used for the June event even if they did not attend the event. We understand that many of you may have been trying to learn skills and continue progressing your characters. This is to offer a way to continue doing so, including with Exalted lessons.
All players are given 100 RwP. For the willingness to understand the adjustment, we want to recognize you and thank you for understanding the situation
All players who were unable to attend due to the change and suffering any hardship financially because of this, please reach out and we can discuss options

If you ARE going to the June event:
You'll automatically have 3 self teaches to spend! You don't need to do anything beyond write the skill(s) down on your card during event.
These will work as normal, meaning the skills learned will be available for use the following event, etc.
Any self teaches that aren't used will be banked and added to character notes for you to spend at a later time.
If you ARE NOT going to the June event:
Please fill out this form!
It will remain open until after the June event, and will be updated before the July 2026 event.
If you have multiple characters, these self teaches may be split any way between your characters.
Aside from the above, all other rules for spending self teaches still apply!

Please stay in character. If for some reason you need to go out of game, please do so away from other players as to not impact their immersion and gameplay. Please do not interrupt a scene for an OOG comment unless it is absolutely necessary.
Roleplay your combat and sell your blows. It makes combat more fun for everyone
Please do not openly use your phone. We get that there are times when you may need to check the time or check a rule, but please try to do these checks with your phone under a table or away from other players.
Please be mindful of your trash and OOG food containers. If they are left out, they will be thrown out.
There will be a workshop on “Roleplaying Injuries and Dying in Combat" at 9 pm Friday night under the Market Tent led by Crystal (Plays Kestrel). All attendees will be awarded a free use of Feign Death for the event.
Community Announcements
New player Training will be held at 7:30 PM Friday under the tent by the Inn, weather pending potentially inside. First event players are required to attend. Should you miss this scheduled training, please find a community Rep to give you your own training. Saturday around 10:30am are usually best for make-ups. Your character card needs to be signed off to prove you attended. Important safety tools for the game are gone over at this time, as well as expectations for playing. Should you want a more in depth training about certain mechanics like combat, death, crafting, etc., you are welcome to stay longer and ask questions! The mandatory part of training should only be 20-30 minutes. We ask all other players to please stay clear of new player training as multiple people makes for more distractions and will cause training to go longer.
Reminder that if you are engaging in CvC to please utilize the "Ok check-in system!" Safety tools are for anyone and everyone. Even if you think the other person is okay, it doesn't hurt to just flash the sign.
We ask that you please remember that all members of Staff are unpaid volunteers to the game. We are all on staff because we wanna help grow the community that we genuinely love. Please treat all members with the same kindness and respect you would wish to receive as well.

Card Team Announcements:
As always, Card Team will be available in the Bar room from 6p-9p Friday (during check-in) to help new players with their cards. Please be respectful of our team and do not ask them for help before hours have started. If you are a regularly attending player, please try to resolve any card issues before arriving at camp (reach out to us on Discord!) so we can focus on helping new players!
Everything added to a character card must be signed. This includes bank transfers, rituals, lessons, RwP additions, etc. If someone writes something on your card and does not sign it with their card number and initials, remind them to! All signatures on cards must have the player's initials AND card number.
Write legibly on your cards! If we can't read what's written we can't give you your learned skills!
Read your card notes!
Exalted Rules Updates:
Lunar Knight has had its Legendary Passive updated to only require the Moon be in the sky (clouds can no longer deny your moon laser).
Soul Warden has had its Passive Spirit Flare updated to clarify that you may use it at any time while a Killing Blow is being performed.
