Sleeping Form and RSVP for April 2025 Event

Please fill out this form if you are planning to attend the April 2025 event. This event begins Friday, April 18 and runs through Sunday, April 20. 


You do not need to wait for approval to attend. Filling out this form is mainly to help facilitate the best sleeping arrangements possible for the event and give us an approximate count of attendees in order to prepare the event well. Please fill this out even if you are not intending to sleep onsite or only attending for Saturday; it helps us gauge expected player numbers and make the event the best it can be!


This form will remain open until the evening of Monday, April 14. It will close on Tuesday, April 15 and we will send out sleeping assignments on the evening of Wednesday, April 16.
