Earliest arrival on Friday: 12pm
Check In begins: 6pm
Lay on: 10pm
Due to the severe inclement weather incoming in the region, we are ending game early on Saturday Night. We will still hold main mod as usual, but will be calling an early lay off - the exact time will be announced tomorrow during live lay on, as we continue to watch the weather forecast. We will also share ways to get your camp cleanup completed before lay off!
Parking at Logistics
At this time, the only people authorized to park in the area behind or next to logistics are with direct permission from the Director, or the Officers, Safety Lead, Weekend Event Runner, and Exalted Team. Anyone else cannot leave their cars parked in that area.
Please do not park in front of the door/garage door to the area under the barn, or you will be parked in.
The Wolves' Den Bar will be closed for the duration of the winter months due to temperature. Players are free to use the space, just be mindful that there will be no bartender tending to it. Please keep the space clean.
Rules / Exalted Update
Ritual of the Amulet is now considered an Enhancement, not an Augment.
Safety Announcements
It is going to be COLD(Single Digits Sat/Sun with potential real feel in the negatives at night) as well as a decent chance of Snow. Pack layers, and more socks than normal.
Keep an eye out on yourself and your friends for signs of hypothermia. For those who do not know the signs, please look at this article: https://www.mayoclinic.org/first-aid/first-aid-hypothermia/basics/art-20056624?p=1
And for general information on Hypothermia: https://www.cdc.gov/winter-weather/prevention/
All major buildings(Statehouses, and Main Use Buildings) should have heat if you need to warm up
Please be mindful of how hard you swing as weapons have a habit of being harder than usual in cold weather.
Please remember when submitting google links for things such as backstories and lair and lineage writeups that the permission is set for others to read and comment on it!
Reminders from the Atmosphere Team this month!
Please stay in character. If for some reason you need to go out of game, please do so away from other players as to not impact their immersion and gameplay. Please do not interrupt a scene for an OOG comment unless it is absolutely necessary.
Roleplay your combat and sell your blows. It makes combat more fun for everyone
Please do not openly use your phone. We get that there are times when you may need to check the time or check a rule, but please try to do these checks with your phone under a table or away from other players.
Please be mindful of your trash and OOG food containers. If they are left out, they will be thrown out.
There will be a workshop on “Making Props for Everyday Items” at 9pm Friday night in the Inn, led by Sam M. (Plays Marika). In this hands on workshop, Sam will be walking you through how to antique paper and if time allows, turn pens into quills! Supplies will be provided.
Don't go behind the bar unless you're on the bar team.
Don't touch stuff that itsn't yours, even if it is unattended, in, around, or behind the bar.
The bar is very short staffed due to the inclement weather, please be patient. As per usual there will be coffee and hot water in the kitchen side room. Thank you for your understanding.
New player Training will be held at 7:30 PM Friday in the Inn. First event players are required to attend. Should you miss this scheduled training, please find a community manager to give you your own. Saturday around 10:30am are usually best for make-ups. Your character card needs to be signed off to prove you attended. Important safety tools for the game are gone over at this time, as long as expectations for playing. Should you want a more in depth training about certain mechanics like combat, death, crafting, etc., you are welcome to stay longer. The mandatory part of training should only be 20 or so minutes. We ask all other players to please stay clear of new player training as multiple people makes for more distractions and will cause training to go longer. Yes it is harder with it being in the Inn, we ask you just try your best.
Reminder that if you are engaging in CvC to please utilize the "Ok check-in system!" Safety tools are for anyone and everyone. Even if you think the other person is okay, it doesn't hurt to just flash the sign.
There will be a new player tour mod at 11am Saturday. This mod is optional but encouraged. There will be combat spec'd to your level, loot, and an in game tour of the proper. This is also a good way to get more comfortable with fighting/combat in general. Ask questions if you have them!

Card Team Announcements:
New year, new rituals! Please remember that all duplicate instances of invokable rituals (including rituals that have a duration when invoked) from 2025 have expired. Be aware of how many instances of a ritual you have, even though your card may list more. These extras will be removed as your cards are processed after January event (if you want to help us by crossing them out, please feel free!)
As always, Card Team will be available in the Bar room from 6p-9p Friday (during check-in) to help new players with their cards. Please be respectful of our team and do not ask them for help before hours have started. If you are a regularly attending player, please try to resolve any card issues before arriving at camp (reach out to us on Discord!) so we can focus on helping new players!
All signatures on cards (bank transactions, lessons, signoffs, rituals, etc) must have the player's initials AND card number.
Please try to get your cleanup signed off and turn your cards into the card box within a reasonable amount of time after lay-off, so that Card Team can retrieve your cards before leaving camp (please, we want to go home).
Read your card notes! This is the primary way for our teams to contact you and tell you important things.
